2025 Elevate Aviation - Cross Country Tour (Calgary, Alberta)

Elevate Aviation’s 2025 Cross Country Tour invites youth aged 12-18 to explore the exciting world of aviation and aerospace. Designed to inspire and educate, this immersive event showcases a variety of career opportunities within the industry. Guardians are not required to attend, ensuring maximum participation for students.

One week before the event, registrants will receive a detailed email with a schedule, map, and reminders. On the event day, guardian drop-off will be at the Heavy Aero Maintenance Center in Calgary between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM local time, with pick-up between 2:00 and 2:15 PM local time at the same location.

Students will experience an engaging airport tour, which may include walking between locations and/or a brief bus ride. Lunch is provided, and participants are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Although there will be various choices that should accommodate most dietary preferences, we cannot accommodate all dietary concerns. Students with strict nutritional restrictions should bring their food selections to ensure they have an appropriate lunch option.
